Catering By Teatime was once again fortunate to cater a wedding reception at St. Francis Hall, located at the Franciscan Monastery in Washington DC www.stfrancishall.com This is one of our favorite wedding venues – a hidden gem.

The bride and groom decided upon an Italian menu theme. The cocktail hour, serving both red and white Sangria, featured an Antipasti display with Marinated Vegetables, Caprese Skewers, Fresh Mozzarella, Olives, and Assorted Smoked and Cured Meats.

The catering wait staff also served passed appetizers of Stuffed Mushrooms with Herb Cheese and Spicy Sausage.
The buffet was spectacular. Baked Lasagna with Beef and Sausage. Italian Sausage-Peppers-Potatoes with Rosemary and Balsamic Reduction.

The vegetarian option featured Gnocchi with a Roasted Butternut Squash, Baby Spinach and Parmesan Cheese Sauce:
